ALL cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If failure to do so, a 50% service inconvenience fee will be charged. For no call, no shows; It is a 100% service inconvenience fee.
Reason being is because when last minute cancellations/rescheduling or no shows happens, it leaves an open slot that someone else could have booked or made arrangements to have booked. In situations like this, 3 people lose; You, another client, and my business (me).
Please be considerate of my policy and communicate with me to make any changes. You may cancel or reschedule through Vagaro (My online booking) up to the 48 hour mark, after 48 hours you will not be able to make any changes online.
